Classification and Labelling of LOA Substances

Classification and Labelling positions have been agreed within the Consortium and the JSG for all substances managed by LOA and have been registered with ECHA by the lead registrant.

To promote consistency of use, links to the agreed CLP position are provided below. They can be found on the ECHA dissemination page which displays the lead registrant’s dossier.

Please note that these CLP positions are relevant for the substances as registered by the Lead Registrant. Anyone using them must satisfy themselves that the substance they classify does not have a different purity profile that may require a different CLP position. This is critical for the UVCB streams where more than one possible classification is given dependent upon the known composition of the specific stream.
